Abstract: We announce the case of a patient treated with retroperitoneoscopic resection of the kidney that developed nitrogen subcutaneous emphysema (SCE), as a lasix generic no prescription complication. Using nitrogen pressure of fibrin tissue adhesive is applied as an aerosol to cause high pressure in a confined space and the retroperitoneal mass lead to SCE with a long course. To our knowledge, this is the first report of nitrogen SCE associated with pneumoperitoneum. The clinical significance of nitrogen SCE is emphasized and the risks associated with the use of fibrin glue in a spray in laparoscopic surgery are discussed. .
